Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. walnuts (optional; add with zucchini and vanilla)
Preparation

Beat the eggs in mixing bowl. Beat in sugar and oil. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add zucchini and vanilla. Stir well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
