Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

When bread is finished, prick with a fork and pour the lemon-sugar mixture over it while it is still hot.
