Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unpeeled grated squash
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir in squash and pineapple, then flour mixture.
    Just mix enough to spoon into pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
