Sweet And Sour Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. ribs (any kind, country is best)
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green bell peppers, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 onions, cut in 1-inch chunks
    2 (No. 2) cans pineapple chunks
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cover ribs with hot water in a large pot.
    Cook over low heat with a lid for 2 hours.
    In a separate 2-quart pot, combine remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbling.
    Line ribs into a large baking pan. Pour finished sauce over ribs.
    Bake for 10 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or microwave for 5 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with rice.
