Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until light and foamy.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Gently stir into zucchini mixture.
Add nuts and raisins.
