Stuffed Zucchini(For Those Real Big Ones!!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini squash (will serve 3 to 4 persons)
1 lb. ground Italian sausage, pork sausage or ground beef, or a mixture of these
1/4 onion, chopped
1/2 c. instant rice (optional)
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese (or slices)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cut zucchini in half horizontally.
Scoop out seeds.
Mix meat (uncooked), onion and rice.
Fill the two halves of zucchini with this mixture.
Pour spaghetti sauce over it, then the cheeses. Place in a roaster pan both halves face up.
Put small amount of water in pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes until meat is done and squash is tender.
