1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oats. In large bowl, beat margarine and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture; mix until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
