Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Mix in pecans and raisins.
Thoroughly combine eggs, sweet potatoes, oil and milk.
Make a well in center of flour mixture; add sweet potato mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour batter into a greased, floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1hour and 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely on wire rack.
