Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add caraway seed and raisins.
Stir in buttermilk to make a soft dough.
Knead dough for 1 minute.
Shape into round loaf and put in 8-inch round pan. Pat flour over top, then cut crosswise into the top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
