Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. chopped dates or raisins
Preparation

Blend oil and 2
sugars;
stir in beaten eggs and pumpkin. Add nuts and dates.
Pour
batter
in 3 pound coffee can (greased and floured).
Cover
can
with
6 to 8 paper towels. Place lid on top.
Bake on
high
setting 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours in crock-pot.
