Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen or fresh broccoli, lightly cooked (steamed)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    buttered bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook broccoli and onion in butter until onion is limp.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. Place in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    If desired, top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
