Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/4 c. cake flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1-1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1-1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1-1/4 c. mashed bananas (ripe)
    2/3 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease either a bundt pan, 2 loaf pans, or (2) 9-inch round pans. Measure and beat sugar and shortening; add eggs and beat well. Stir in bananas. Alternately adding dry ingredients with milk. Beat 3 minutes. Bake layers 35 to 45 minutes, bake bundt pan for 45 minutes.
