Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
Add flour. Dissolve soda in 2 tablespoons water and add soda, lemon juice and nuts.
Beat well and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
