Caramel Candy Bars(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramel candies
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 c. quick cooking or regular oats
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine, softened
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Heat candies and milk in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring often until smooth; remove from heat.
    Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and egg in large bowl.
    Stir in margarine with fork until mixture is crumbly.
    Press half of crumbly mixture in pan. Bake 10 minutes.
