Microwave Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can minced clams, drained
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    4 scallions, finely chopped
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. processed Cheddar (sharp) cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in deep 1 1/2-quart microwave casserole dish.
    Heat, uncovered, on simmer for 5 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Stir once.
    Heat an additional 4 1/2 minutes on simmer.
    Serve very hot with crisp corn chips for dipping. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
