Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread, thawed in refrigerator overnight
    1 lb. sausage
    melted butter
Preparation
    Fry sausage, drain and spread on paper towel to cool well. Break into small pieces.
    Roll 1 loaf of bread at a time on unfloured surface, then roll up tight like a jelly roll.
    Pinch seam together, brush with melted butter and put, seam side down, on a cookie sheet.
    Cut slits on top of loaf.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Do second loaf, let cool and slice.
