Shortcut Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can tomatoes (11 to 12 oz.)
    2 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
    24 oz. V-8 juice
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    lasagne noodles (uncooked)
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add tomato juice, tomato sauce and dry spaghetti mix.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix the 3 cheeses together.
