Mignonne'S Spinach Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
1 (10 oz.) French rolls or twin loaves French bread
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 (16 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Drain spinach and squeeze dry with paper towel; set aside. Cut rolls in half lengthwise; spread with 1/4 cup softened margarine.
Saute onion in 1/4 cup melted margarine.
Add cheese roll, stirring until cheese melts.
Remove from heat; add spinach, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, stirring well.
Spread spinach mixture on bread, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately. Yields 12 servings.
