Strawberry-Banana Shakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas, peeled and frozen
    1 c. frozen, unsweetened strawberries or raspberries
    1/3 c. frozen, unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
    1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 c. low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Peel and cut bananas into six or eight pieces and freeze.
    Put fruit and juices in blender or food processor and puree.
    Add yogurt and blend about 30 seconds.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: 4 servings.
