1 1/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 stiff egg whites
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind

Mix flakes with butter; press 1 cup of mix in bottom of pie pan.
