Coconut Cream Pie(8-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Add milk and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla and coconut. Pour into pie shell.
