Nel'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. oil
    2 c. canned pumpkin (No. 303 can)
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift all the dry ingredients together and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Divide into 4 greased and floured 1-pound coffee cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn out of cans onto a rack.
    Wrap in foil.
    Make at least 1 day ahead.
    Can also be baked in loaf pan for 1 hour.
