Beef Burgundy(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in serving sizes
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    2 cans (10 1/4 oz.) beefy gravy
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut beef; tenderize if needed.
    Saute garlic and onions until soft.
    Remove.
    Brown meat in oleo left in pan.
    Add beef gravy, salt and pepper.
    Return onions and garlic to pan.
    Simmer 1 hour. Add herbs and wine.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in half sour cream.
    Turn into serving dish.
    Dot with remaining cream.
    Serve over rice.
