Easy No-Knead Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    butter (to brush on baked loaf)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 dry ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
    Heat next 3 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until warm.
    Add egg and warm liquid to combined flour mixture.
    Blend at lowest speed until moistened, then beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, stir in another 2 1/2 cups flour to form a stiff batter. Cover dough; let rise in a warm place until light and doubled. Stir dough down; spoon into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or 2-quart deep round casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
    Remove immediately; brush with butter.
