Banana Fritters From Thailand - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 firm fresh bananas, peeled and quartered lengthwise
    6 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    juice of 2 limes
Preparation
    Heat butter in pan until it bubbles.
    Add bananas.
    Fry on all sides until golden and soft.
    Add sugar and stir until it is dissolved and syrupy.
    Mix to coat the bananas.
    Sprinkle with lime juice and serve immediately.
    Delicious over vanilla ice cream.
