Ham And Egg Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 large eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 (6 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
1 c. lean ham, diced or chopped in small pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Mix well. Gradually add biscuit mix. Stir in ham, chilies and cheese. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
