Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 mashed bananas (1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into two (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
