Green Beans And New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh green beans
2 lb. unpeeled new potatoes
1 onion, chopped
10 bacon slices
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Prepare beans and place in Dutch oven.
Cut bacon into large cubes and add to green beans.
Cover with water.
Cook until water is almost cooked away.
Add onion and potatoes; cook until potatoes are tender.
More water can be added at this point, if needed.
Continue cooking on low heat.
Add salt and pepper; cook until water is almost completely reduced, being careful not to burn.
Serve.
