Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped, peeled zucchini
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, eggs, sugar and Wesson oil.
    Mix thoroughly; empty into a large bowl.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda together and add to wet ingredients.
    Add raisins and chopped nuts.
    Place evenly in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
