My Mom'S Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    3 heaping Tbsp. prepared yogurt
    1 large can Pet milk
Preparation
    Heat milk slowly over very low heat until small bubbles appear in a
    complete
    circle
    around edge of pot.
    Cool.\t(My Grandmother always said that it is at the right temperature if you could place
    your
    little finger in and stir at a moderate speed for 15 times around the edge of the pot.)
