Pound Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges.
These are excellent with homemade ice cream. Yields 1 to 1 1/2 dozen.
