Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. fine chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix well, chill and serve.
For best results use Silver Floss sauerkraut.
