Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    1 3/4 cups flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Combine sour cream and baking soda in a small bowl; set aside. Using an electric mixer, cream margarine and sugar in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, bananas and sour cream mixture. Sift in flour, baking powder, and walnuts, combine well. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn loaf out on to rack and cool completely.
