Potato Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter flavor Crisco
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. dry yeast, melted in 1/4 c. warm potato water
3/4 c. warm milk
flour
Preparation

Combine eggs, potatoes, Crisco, sugar, salt and yeast and mix well.
Add warm milk and flour to make soft dough.
Alternate flour and milk until dough is soft and elastic.
Allow to rise.
Work down.
Make into cloverleaf rolls.
Bake after second rise at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
