Refrigerated Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup margarine
    1/2 cup sugar
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup boiling water
    1 well-beaten egg
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 cup lukewarm water
    6-1/2 cups flour or until dough is not sticky
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over margarine, sugar and salt.
    Blend and cool.
    Add egg.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to first mixture.
    Add flour and blend well.
    Cover and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
    Keeps 7 - 10 days in refrigerator.
    About 2 hours before using roll into desired shapes, tea rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc.
    Place in greased pans and allow to rise until double.
    To make cinnamon rolls, flatten to rectangle about 10x13 inch.
    Spread with 1/2 cup margarine or butter.
    Top with cinnamon and sugar in desired amount.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
