Andrew Innes' Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat and cream well.
    Roll or pat out onto ungreased cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 60 minutes, until golden. Cut into bars while still warm.
