Jailhouse Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    8 Tbsp. Minute rice
    4 large green pepper rings
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    chili powder
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides in small amount of oil in skillet after salt and pepper.
    Put pepper ring on each chop. Fill with 2 tablespoons rice. Top with chopped onion.
    Add tomatoes and water. Sprinkle chili powder to taste.
    Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
