Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. water
    3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add pumpkin mixture, add water.
    Fold in nuts or raisins if desired.
    This fills 3 medium greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake ahead, they freeze well.
