Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until light and fluffy
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini (do not peel)
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Stir together and add soda, flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add nuts and mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
