Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 c. cream
    1 c. crumbled crackers
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    dash of nutmeg (optional)
    fry in butter and oil (half and half)
Preparation
    I put the
    crackers and seasoning in the cream.
    Let it soften, then add
    meat
    and mix well.
    This is real soft.
    You might refrigerate, then form small balls.
    Fry.
    As I mixed it together I sprinkled the flour over and mixed it in.
