Banana Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) tart shell
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 bananas, sliced
meringue
Preparation

Prebake tart shell in advance.
In a large saucepan, put sugar, flour and salt.
Mix well, then add eggs.
Mix then add milk.
Cook until mixture thickens, then add vanilla, butter and banana slices and pour in tart shell.
Add meringue.
Bake until lightly brown.
