Diet Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. Puritan oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Oil bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan; set aside. Place egg whites in large bowl.
    Beat with spoon until slightly foamy.
    Add oil and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in sugar and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Stir in flour and salt until blended.
    Pour into pan and bake at 330\u00b0 for 22 to 26 minutes; avoid overbaking.
    Cool completely before cutting.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
