Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. hot water to equal 3/4 c.
3 Tbsp. butter or shortening
1 c. cranberries
Preparation

Mix all together. Stir in 1 cup cranberries. Pour into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 60 to 75 minutes at 350\u00b0 until done.
