Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add 1 egg at a time and beat well.
    Add sifted ingredients alternately with bananas and cream. Fold in pecans.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans well.
    Divide batter in pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
