Stuffed Steak Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    at least 1 (3 or 4-inch) steak of your choice
    1 full size onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1 carrot
    1 c. flour
    seasoning (your choice)
    baking oil of your choice (peanut, olive oil, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Place steak flat on dressing block and cut steak in a manner to have a top \"flap\" and bottom \"flap.\"
    (For steaks with bones, leave bones in for cooking flavor/juices.) Place sliced onion, bell pepper and carrots on bottom flap of steak; sprinkle with Tabasco and preferred seasoning.
    Close mix with top flap, securing with wooden toothpicks.
    Apply flour to steak; put in broiler pan, cover with tinfoil (do not allow toothpicks to prick foil) and let bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours (regulate to avoid burning).
