Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
    Beat in sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla.
    Beat until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in zucchini, flour, soda, salt and baking soda.
    Fold in chopped nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
