Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and carrots.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add nuts and blend well.
    Turn into an oiled 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Cool, remove from pans and turn onto wire racks.
