Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. zucchini, cut small
    double pastry shell (10 inch)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cover zucchini with boiling water, let stand 5 minutes, drain. Fill pie shell with mixture of zucchini and all other ingredients except butter.
    Dot with butter.
    Put on top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
