Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in pecans.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon batter into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
