Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    1 small can mushroom slices
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried sweet basil leaves
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of Italian seasoning
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Stirring frequently, cook the first 5 ingredients until beef is browned. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
    Simmer at least 1 hour.
